Finds recovered in the excavations of the Nuragic complex of ‘Genna Maria’ are guarded in the Archaeological Civic Museum, in a 19th century edifice previously occupied by the cereal bank. The exhibition counts several theme sections and is structured on two levels. It includes one of the richest collections of cultural materials of the whole area, from the Nuragic to the Punic-Roman period; also, a noteworthy collection of tools of daily use of 9th-8th century B.C. as well as oil lamps, cult items and votive offerings dating from the Carthaginian period to the Byzantine age.
