Rural church of San Domino among century-old olive trees

The parish church of Santa Maria di Monserrato, with single nave, wooden vault and three false domes, is the main sacred edifice of the village. It was modified and enriched throughout the centuries, until 1700. Two other buildings rise in the nearby countryside: the church of San Marco Evangelista, close to the homonymous archaeological site, built in the 15th century and then restored in 1743; the church of San Domino, also dating back to the 15th century, guarding an interesting stone altar with special decorations, probably unique of its kind in Sardinia.
